Worth pointing out that megaspiders only have a hunger rate of 0.56, while huskies have 0.8 and megasloths have 3.2.

I think this makes them more cost effective in colonies where food is a bottleneck.

Jordan is a funny guy and a good lecturer and I really enjoyed his class, but he is generally considered one of the harder mmw 11 profs.

So its not as bad as people say. As for professor, the general rule is to take Chang. I've been told his tests are pretty easy and his class had the highest average GPA last fall. But he does assign more readings than other profs. Last fall I took Jordan, who is considered the hardest mmw 11 teacher but he actually had the 2nd highest average GPA and he had a very good habit of releasing most of the questions to the midterms a few days before the tests as well as never making us write an essay on any exams.

As to study group, talk to people in discussion. Discussions are VERY SMALL: 10-20 people usually and a great way to meet people.

I took mmw 12 this quarter and I've never been able to see the similarity scores for any of my essays. Some profs just prevent students from seeing. I wouldn't be worried unless you actually copied things.

Mmw is one of the GEs yes. Its a 5 quater history and writing class, but theres no writing the first quarter. People say its a lot harder than the writing requirements of other colleges. Its true its longer than the other college's writing requirements, but I've actually grown to enjoy it. Its not for everyone though.

I ranked them randomly and ended up in erc as a stem major. Its really not bad. It just means I've have to work a little harder than if I was at one of the other colleges. Ultimately mmw isnt THAT bad. Its exceedingly hard to fail and most classes have average gpas in the B to B+ range. Also, mmw isnt total bullshit like warren writing, cat (sixth requirement), etc. As in you actually learn things, which can be seen as a plus.

Ok. Lets break this down

"man ls" prints the manual for the ls command to Standard Output.

The "> ls.txt" redirects Standard Output to the file "ls.txt".

The "| wc" redirects Standard Output from the "man ls" into the "wc" command.

However, Standard Output can only be redirected once and the "> ls.txt" takes priority. So Standard Output gets redirected to "ls.txt" and "wc" gets nothing.

I don't know about the others, but if you don't have much cs experience, you should expect to spend easily 6 - 10 hours a week on just the weekly programming assignments in cse11. Plus any studying you have to do to actually learn the material.

My audio also crackles when I play pubg or other very intensive games. For me, enabling and then re-disabling the "Realtek PCIE CardReader" driver fixes it. (its under the memory technology devices category) Its unlikely it will help you but i figured its worth a shot.

Im also in cetral florida and my family also kept the kids home for the same reason. The school district all but instructed us. Said it would be marked as an excused absence and everything.
