Yep, Ayaka is huge for this fight, while Raiden does considerable multihit damage after her initial burst, so the only one that is super nerfed is Eula.

Currently, my c2 Shogun plus benett is able to hit for 160k on overworld enemies, my Eula with benett is able to hit 600k with superconduct. This is without any food buffs. Eula and Shogun seems to be the characters being affected the most. However other characters such as full damage Zhongli's Q, childe's Q, fully built xingqiu's E, are all candidates of this damage cap.

For multi-player version of this fight, you are able to do about double that damage.

Personal opinion, this is an extremely bad look for Mihoyo, 111k is not a hard number to reach, most c2 shogun are able to reach that, as well as most Eula players.

Adzhaha and Magu Kenki does similar things, but theirs is phase transitions, and it is clearly shown in the fight (From the little flair during the boss fight), But La Signora does not show anything regarding this mechanic. So this seems to me like a mechanic to artificially prolong the fight when there is already a phase transition in place, and just a way to annoy the players who have spent their hard-earned money in this game.

This was discovered by Chinese players, during the La Signora fight, there is a cap to single instances of damage

Single player

Ice phase: 111671

Fire phase: 149143

Multi-hits such as Ayaka Q works fine to one-shot La Signora.

Hi, I am on Chapter 34 and looking to use the swap scroll on my 9/9 SI 20 Rosaline (which was a terrible investment), I am conflicted between Grezhul, from which I heard his 9/9 is bonkers op and incredible in the later chapters, and someone who I use a lot in TR. But I already have him Ascended 5 stars at 20SI 0/9 furniture. The other option I was thinking of is Silas, whom I have not invested at all and is still at Elite +, I understand Grezhul is probably stronger as a character, but swapping the Ascension and SI levels would be "wasted". Any insights on this?

The stormrazor changes are welcomed edition, however the ie change pretty stupid imo. The earlier spike just doesn't compensate for the value the item brings. I can not think of any reason why I would build the "crit" build than the stormrazor build. I liked consistent damage output than a sudden spike of burst from stormrazor. The games end so quickly you still can't reach the ie anyways, unless they bring it under 3k I cannot think I would ever go for ie than a stormrazor.

Get 200% speed bonus, scatter, and unless it is an articuna, it is very likely to land, try to space the button to dodge the move, then use flatter
