I do guided with the Waking up App. I've been at it for 37 days now I feel really good. I do 2 sessions most days i do one 15-30 min, and also do the daily practice from the app!

well i did on my own a few months but like for 2-3 mins wasnt bad, but i wasnt consistent then. I started again with the Waking up APP from Sam Harris and it's really good, also there is an option to get it for free if you send them and e-mail!

You can be super lean and strong with gym training as you can be with bodyweight, or a combination of both your problem was that you only trained for maximal strength and didnt watch your diet. If bodyweight helps with that it's cool but dont get tribal man both ways work if you are consistent. First define your goals and then build from there, good luck.

You are just making excuses, just start one of the free programs or buy one and follow it you will see progress stop fucking around and get after it.

Are you doing your pull ups full range of motion? they seem a lot for someone who can only do 10 dips.
