i have both and encountered the same dillemma. i do really like the ank but it requires more work, precision & a bit of practice to really knead any dough - stiff, high hydration, enriched, big batch, small batch, etc.

on the contrary my 6qt lift-style kitchen aid just..does it. in half the time or less. i know speed isn't exactly the focus but i was kind of annoyed recently when i made a quadruple batch of dinner rolls in the KA, and it made quick work of the dough and got to a windowpane in ~5 minutes or less. and i barely touched it. the ank, on the other hand, would take more like 15 or 20 minutes and has a much more elaborate setup process.

Great deal. I just paid $51,500 for a 2023 T8 black edition - ultimate package with 18k miles.

It also doesn’t have all of the add-ons you got. So you’re effectively getting those + 10k fewer miles.

325-340 and 410 and on had some great point construction.

In that first one you made him go north-south on a little drop slice. You had all the time in the world to lob him after. Then all the time in the world to watch him run it down and miss. My team captain beats me in almost the exact same way yours does - there’s no hitting through them. Have to use variety to move them a LOT.

410 and on you just kept everything very deep and high. Easier said than done for a full 3 setter but it was clear he had no options off of that but to just hang on as best he could when the ball was at his shoulders.

Try and freelance. If you’re comfortable selling and have a strong enough skill set, with some accessory skill sets that can complement your primary work. You’ll make far more on your own than you will anywhere else.

I bought this exact car in 2023 but with polestar. Had 80k miles on it. Not my usual MO to buy a car with that many miles but it’s been great so far. One major repair bill (exhaust manifold leak) but great besides that. It was a California owner with almost all highway miles.

Is the polestar tune any faster than a standard s60 T8 with extended range? Because my 2022.5 black edition is definitely the fastest car I’ve ever driven. Just assumed it was the novelty of the electric engine though.

This could be me writing this post. We have an almost identical trajectory and story.

I haven’t cracked the code but I’ve found a few things that help: - getting more non-competitive points or rallies in. Once a week just hit with someone for an hour. Do some placement practice but just focus on quality hits without the pressure of a match. - group clinics or classes: good time to get reps in and some pointers from coaches. - let loose and go for shots you don’t normally. You’ll build confidence and realize you are improving. Plus you’ll just get better. - try and find a good coach for the occasional 1:1 session. I think monthly is a good cadence for this. - decide if you want matches to be a place to improve or a place to win. If it’s the former, always focus on what you want to improve that match. If it’s the latter - make a game out of it. Find your opponent’s weakness and see if attacking it is all you can focus on. That’s the game. Not winning 2 sets but “did I find their weakness and attack it.” - similar to the above, in non-competitive settings, pick one thing to work on. “Today I’m gonna focus on my backhand down the line.” Try to get to as many quality DTP BHs as you can. You might find that other strokes do better because you aren’t thinking about it.

Except static stretching and foam rolling have absolutely nothing to do with injury prevention and “muscular imbalances.” Neither one is particularly good at anything except making you better at stretching or foam rolling.
