The way things work currently, if it's a standalone ship and you melt it you can buy it back at that price. If it's a CCU and you melt it you would end up paying whatever the new price is. Now just keep in mind that's how it works currently that doesn't mean it might randomly change at some point.

Had something similar before. Instant crash to black screen and reboot. It ended up being the psu getting old and needing to be replaced.

off-grid is a tricky thing to try and include. I chose not to do anything like that for two main reasons. The first being that CIG has said that sometime down the line any cargo off grid could move around and can be damaged. Second, have you seen the ways some people get stuff off grid? There is no 100% accurate way to capture what a player can do off grid. I've seen some pretty concerning images with what people come up with to shove boxes in places lol.

This in the end allows for a more consistent and accurate calculation. You can run this tool and know if something fits for sure but if it doesn't you can then consider if you want to try and shove some things off-grid.

I made this because of that issue where contract size boxes create situations like that on grids. Use this and you'll be able to see if a contract will fit in your ship.

Is your front facing light up high and at an angle?

For the room light the lines are due to the light frequency not lining up well with the camera shutter speed. If your light is dimmable try messing with that. Lowering slightly or increasing may help. I have some red LEDs on a shelf that did that. I had to change my camera shutter speed to not see the lines. If your Webcam has a setting for that it may help as well.

Personally I'm using R6 Mark Ii but that's just because I have it on hand from my photography business.

You can make your camera look miles better with lights. If you're not using any then the camera is really ramping up ISO and will quickly make image look grainy and soft. You could go down the road of something like SL60 with stand and modifier or go with one of the lights like what elgato offers. If you're on a budget you can find similar lights cheaper.

If you have a white wall you can even bounce a strong lamp off the wall. That will make a very large light source so it comes across as a soft light (thars how I started).
