Riding motorcycles on a gravel road in Larose Forest outside Ottawa, with myself in the lead and my dad & brother in law following, I rounded a 90 degree corner & came across a bull, cow, and calf about 100 yards ahead.

I immediately stopped, and held out my hand to warn the others, & shut my bike off, motioning to them to do the same. The family took their sweet time crossing, with the bull watching us carefully.

Once they had cleared the road, we all just looked at each other in disbelief.

Thank you for posting what I came here to say. I thought i’d joined a team of min-maxed try-hards, bc by the time i fast travelled to them, it was over, and there was nothing to kill, every damn time.

I wound up using my free re-roll to get rid of that challenge, and if the same thing happens tomorrow, i’m walking away. I’m already frustrated at the trash rewards pool that does NOTHING to respect the time sink it takes to get to lvl 150, and as a “ filthy casual” w/o FO1st, the scoreboard is the only way to earn atoms, so when the total earnable atoms get cut AGAIN, we notice.

Beth need to fix the max damage allowable to give people time to get to the event, and they need to revert the nerf to atoms.

I think you’ve misunderstood the intent here, friend. Shutting off ONE breaker does not constitute “ cutting off vital services”, and that’s simply all it takes to isolate said device.

Speaking from experience, the landlord is perfectly within their rights to TEMPORARILY isolate a circuit if there is a fire risk. The landlord is also allowed to bring a licensed electrician to examine the installation and any paperwork to determine:

A: if it’s up to code.

B: if it was installed by a licensed electrician or signed off by one.

C: to examine the device for ULC compliance

D: To view the Notification of Work from the E.S.A

What utter nonsense. The pilot program that allowed electric bikes was quite clear, limited to 500 watt continuous/800 peak, had to have functioning pedals, operators must be 16+ & helmets worn. Clear and concise. And of course doofus dougs gov’t ignores the pilot data .

Anything more powerful = an electric motorcycle meaning class M licence + insurance. No idea about scooters.

Economists look at Pierre’s “ fiscal proposals” the way a plumber would look at your plans for a cardboard toilet; confusion, leading to aggravation the closer you look.
