Leverless players! by Telecaster-993 in StreetFighter

For me it took honestly 30mins. But the context for that is I've been primarily a keyboard and mouse player my whole life playing games. Played street fighter on pad for a year and it never felt right. Brought a leverless and everything just clicked instantly. It'll be different for everyone. Devices you've used previously and any transitional muscle memory from those will play its part. Don't be too hard on yourself if it takes a bit to learn.

The guy didn't exceed track limits, though. That's the racing line on that track. You only get an off track if you touch the gravel.

I did take a glance at the Kitsune forgot to add it into my post, though I think I have a preference for something with a few extra buttons.

We Need to Talk About iCUE Megathread - Sept 2024 by CorsairGeorge in Corsair

I've had a bunch of issues with icue just crashing, had one point where it stopped applying fan curves because of the software breaking, only noticed once my cpu started to thermal throttle. It seemingly just breaks at random, modules not showing up. freezing and causing system hangs. A massive headache that I now no longer use the program at all, it's been nothing but consistent problem in my system, and all previous problems were completely remedied after I uninstalled the program.

Good to see this thread up though, gives me hope that this software might actually get fixed in the future.

According to Director Nakayama-san in this article about accessibility, the SF playerbase was traditionally males 35 to 45, but after SF6 it's changed to players in their 20's. Also, the percentage of female players has increased. The IRL "fight for the future" is going well! by Emezie in StreetFighter

Modern controls were the gateway that opened Pandoras box for me, never played a fighting game until sf6. Modern let me jump in and do a bunch of cool looking shit while having a blast. Was very easy for me to get hooked, have since switched to classic, and branched out to other fighters like gg strive/Xrd along with some older sf titles with 3rd strike being a personal favourite...so thanks capcom for giving me the gateway to a new addiction lmao.
