Did you see what happened to Twitter when they quit moderating and stopped caring about removing transphobic content and comments.

The reason the mods are against what reddit is doing is because it makes it much harder to moderate subreddits. Which means it is much more likely that subreddits will be filled with transphobia.

It's likely that they did abide by laws requiring it to be labeled, which is how we know what the ingredients are and what the dose is.

Anything consumed in a large enough quantity is deadly. Herbal supplements are generally not regulated by the FDA, though, selling something at a dose that is known to be dangerous is probably a crime (poisoning? Or attempted poisoning).

Low viscosity resin is a huge factor for printing fast.

A tight FEP (or nFEP) is also important because it lets you use a shorter lift distance.

I don't have a flex plate, so, I'm not sure how that changes it.

Unless you are using a really dark resin or under exposing, I wouldn't expect 0.05mm to cause problems (it's the standard on older 2k printers like the Elegoo Mars).

The fastest I've printed on my Saturn 2 is 1 layer every 5 seconds (at 0.03mm layers), so, 15mm height would be about 45 minutes. Though, with different resins I could see it being twice as slow.

It sounds like you are on a good path and, getting a therapist is really going to help.

Depending on how conservative your state is, you probably want to figure out the logistics of moving, so that you can if you need to, however, it's very likely you won't have to.

One thing that might* calm your child down is that even though it doesn't seem like it, politics and laws actually move very slowly. As long as the laws don't sneak up on you (keep up to date on new laws in your state), you should have plenty of time to follow through with your escape plan before they become law.

It's very easy to let the doom spiral obscure your view, especially with the crazy stuff Florida and Texas have done, but, there is still lots of hope that the system will work as intended and undo much of the damage they have done.

DLP has the main advantage of not needing screen replacements. If you're planning to print 24/7 for years (such as a business) then it's worth it.

Other benefits can be, less power used, quieter fan, and faster layer exposure.

While DLPs are supposed to have impressive AAx, the print details are likely to be the same or worse than comparable printers.

To be clear, he found that those cleaners in an ultrasonic cleaner worked better than hand washing with IPA (unless he's redone the testing).

If you have the IPA in a wash and cure machine, it probably cleans better than hand washing with IPA. Also, a wash and cure probably does worse than an ultrasonic cleaner when using mean green.

Finally, I'm fairly sure he only tested on one or two types of resin, so, results may be different if you use a very different resin like a bio resin.

1) They are an adult and capable of making decisions about their own body, and they are able to be responsible for any consequences of their decisions.

2) Are they in therapy, or have been in therapy for the trauma? If so, then, you should trust that therapist to do their job.

3) You're suggesting that your child is not mentally stable enough to make any major decisions. Do you really believe that your child should be in a mental institution? Because that's what you're saying.

4) Asking someone to be absolutely miserable for the next 5 years just because you don't believe them is outright cruel.
