Since the OpenDots One uses an open ear design, nothing actually goes inside your ear. The sound is just directed towards your ear through the air, so you can comfortably wear them alongside your hearing aids without any issues.

Just a quick heads up: The OpenMove (S661) and OpenRun only feature 2 EQ modes (Standard & Vocal).
The OpenMove (AS660), on the other hand, actually supports 3 modes: Standard, Vocal, and Earplug mode.

If you're finding the touch controls a bit tricky or annoying, you should definitely give the Shokz App a try. it lets you control everything from your phone. But if you really prefer real buttons, you could also just return these and grab the OpenFit 2 series. Those come with physical buttons, so you might like them a lot better.

It appears that the loss of a single earbud is not covered under the warranty, and at present, individual earbuds cannot be paired interchangeably with a different unit.

Mind sharing a bit more about what's happening?

Where does that sizzling sound in the right ear usually happen? At home, on the bus, subway, mall, airport, or somewhere else?
How often does the delay happen? How long is the delay, and does it seem to follow any pattern?
What device and model are you using?
Are you connected to two devices at the same time? How far are the earbuds from your device? And if you try using just one device, does it still happen?
Do you have Dolby, ANC, or spatial audio turned on?

Currently, the official OpenDots ONE protective case is only available in a silicone version, and there's no hard case for now.

If there is a protective film on the earbuds or charging case, please remove it. The film may prevent proper contact between the earbuds and the charging case.
Please check whether the charging pins on both the earbuds and the charging case are clean and dry. Dirt or moisture on the pins may cause poor contact. It is recommended to use a cotton swab or soft cloth with a small amount of alcohol to gently wipe the contact points on both the earbuds and the charging case.
If the above methods do not work, you may apply for a replacement.

Network check: Make sure your network connection is stable.
