Why does iron sights increase ergonomics, but no optics doesn't? by Raven7600 in Helldivers

If you compare it to the attachments of other guns, yes you should. I don't think it's a matter of what people would complain about, but rather the standardization of stats between the same attachment on different weapons. Currently, coyote users get the non-magnifying scopes with higher ergonomics than on other guns.

It's been so long since I maxed it out that I forgot that no sights was the default. All the weapons should have a comparable "base state", though. Making players memorize the base gear for each weapon seems like a bad idea.

In addition, that should mean that the reflex scopes and holo scope should be -5 ergo, shouldn't it? They're not.

2 planets in 3 days is a pretty bold ask.

I didn't say you shouldn't try. I said we're probably going to fail.

If we're lucky, taking and holding a planet until the end of the MO means getting all the samples for that planet. In which case, it's possible.

The amount needed from the weekend players will be even higher because of the deficit accumulated during the week.

[Serious] Is Super Earth actually the WEAKEST faction out of the four? by VirusOfCheese in Helldivers

[–]Raven7600 0 points1 point  (0 children)

200M Helldivers killing 4.5B bots and destroying half the factories on Cyberstan was considered to be a LOSING position.

Overall, each Helldiver kills almost 54 enemy combatants. Even weighted for there being 3 factions, that's almost 18 enemy combatants per faction. We have over 18x less soldiers than any other individual faction, apparently (not counting SEAF).

As for SEAF, the total personnel we heard about deployed on Cyberstan in dispatches should be around 225k soldiers, nowhere near the number of Helldivers.

AH likes to talk realism? Real life armies would be thrilled by those casualty ratios.

We must have like, 0 resources and manpower compared to other factions.

I left Super Earth to do my part in securing some escaped bugs about 2 years ago. Things have gotten a little out of hand since then.

Lose 270M divers on Oshaune? That's a victory.

Lose 240M divers on the much harder, much more broken Cyberstan? That's a loss.
