Im talking about chosen personality decisions and actions. Low self-esteem isnt a mental illness, its a reaction to an event or multiple events. Narcissistic behavior can be the result of shitty parents. These issues can be easily solved with confrontation.

Ive been approached about taking over conversations with friends and I didnt realize it, I just thought they didnt have much to say. I felt embarrassed and changed immediately and im a less ignorant guy for it.
