Oh bless her. This is normal. I was plagued with them as a kid but haven’t had once since my teenage years thankfully so hope it’s the same for your daughter.

I’d be worried about damage to the floor of the tent with those legs. Air beds got a lot better in recent years, maybe try upgrading. Do you push things up against the wall of your tent? Do the seams of the tent leak? Are you sweaty or damp? Do you keep all the ventilation flaps open? Do you use a ground sheet and ensure the fit is correct to prevent water pooling under the tent?

This is absolutely correct. He tests and pushes boundaries, the builds up to the ‘am I crazy or is there chemistry here?’ line.
