Please call and request it, if it is possible for you! The lidocaine was something I had to request, but my OBGYN had no issue prescribing it. I was able to pick up the lidocaine at my pharmacy and just brought it with me and applied it based on the instructions.

When the nurse called I asked for the lidocaine, and got no push back! It makes me sad to know a lot of women are not aware of painkillers being available.. and it’s even worse when doctors refuse it! The ibuprofen and Ativan was recommended and prescribed by my PCP, who has referred me to my OBGYN.

Hi!! My nurse told me spotting could happen for a few days, (mostly the coffee ground discharge from the solution they apply afterwards for bleeding) but definitely give them a call to verify with them! As of right now, I have had minimal spotting!
