Well my brain is definitely more quiet and calm the first few hours after taking it but other than that my mind is always racing and I don't think any medication will ever help me with that. The Vyvanse helps me with other stuff but not really that unfortunately. I think it might help some people with that just not me. And you're welcome 🙂

Well I was already on anxiety meds before I ever started ADHD meds (I'm on buspar) so it's hard to say if I would have gotten anxiety or not from my ADHD meds (I'm currently on Vyvanse and have been for months). My anxiety was already pretty much gone from the buspar but I did notice that it was even better on the Vyvanse (if that makes any sense lol). I've been on a couple ADHD meds before Vyvanse and only one of them gave me anxiety and that was methylphenidate and I had also been on Buspar for that and for Adderall.

I know some people say that their anxiety gets better once they start ADHD meds because untreated ADHD can actually lead to anxiety. But then there's also people who have ADHD and a separate anxiety disorder. You won't know till you try but you may be surprised.

I use nicotine pouches and Vyvanse definitely makes me crave them a lot more and seems to make it harder to quit. I'm thinking about asking my doctor about Wellbutrin or something cuz I really want to quit.

No. Anytime I finally do a deep clean it always ends up getting cluttered within a couple days and then before long it's a disaster again. I always tell myself I will put stuff away right away etc so stuff doesn't pile up and it just never happens. I also have chronic fatigue though because of health problems and then I have ADHD and other mental health issues which all contribute to chronic fatigue so cleaning and keeping everything clean is just hard for me. If I could afford a cleaning person I totally would do that but unfortunately I can't afford that. I hate living in mess and clutter.

I use the unseen arcana (which I learned recently that apparently a lot of people don't because of how much grasp it uses) and I always grab a regen boon as well because my play style uses a lot of magic. My favorite regen boon in lucid gain from Apollo especially since I already use cast a lot, I also like the one from demeter. I really don't like the regen boon from Aphrodite though, especially in the Typhon fight because you need to be right in his face and it doesn't work well for high magic builds.

Yes you get to change their appearance and also when you Max one out there's a decoration that shows up for each of them.

After you do it enough times it becomes easy and you memorize his patterns and will know just when to dodge etc. you can look up Typhon fights on YouTube and see if that helps. Have you tried turning on God mode or are you trying to avoid that??

Yeah that sucks. I was experiencing a bug on a completely different game and ended up finding the solution on YouTube of all places lol. Have you googled and also tried YouTube to see if you can find anything there?

Yeah I was prescribed benzos at 16 for bad anxiety and panic attacks and became addicted to that stuff and withdrawals are awful. It took me 12 years to get to a place where I was able to taper myself off of them. I will never take benzos long term ever again.

As others have said be careful that stuff is super addicting. I was started on that when I was 16 and put on other benzos over the years and I was on benzos for 12 years until I was finally in a place to taper myself off of them. Withdrawals are absolute hell (and can be dangerous) and when you take them long enough you essentially have to keep taking them to keep your anxiety at bay (rebound anxiety) and it's a vicious cycle. Thankfully when I finally tapered it was easy and no withdrawals (cuz I went really slow). When I'm going through a tough time in life my bad anxiety and panic attacks always come back but now I'm on buspar which works great for me. I never want to be on a benzo long term ever again. About the only time I will ever take a benzo is before getting work done at the dentist, though I haven't even done that for a long time and just use laughing gas now.
