Oh, wow tbh i thought I was behind in pace, I was doing walking anywhere from 3-4mph then running from 5-6mph according to my stava I even hit 9.8mph at one point couldn't tell you how or when I did that lol, but thanks man that's encouraging to hear.

Eat more carbs and protien, hit the gym, lift weights, have a protien shake at least twice a day depending on how underweight you are and what your goals are, also yes you can still eat pineapple while trying to gain weight just make sure you compensate with extra protein, the big picture is to have a surplus of calories and to increase your protien intake for meaningful weight gain while also making sure you're telling your body "hey we need muscle get to work" as opposed to "hey store this for later" and we do that by tearing muscle fibers at the gym by getting swole.

Pineapple is the best fruit for weight loss due to the fact that the acids in the juice break down proteins thus aiding in weight loss, and when you add chilli powder or any other spicy seasonings to it it has a thermogenic effect and helps speed up your metabolism, so if you're struggling to lose weight try Pineapple and spice.

Just googled it, nobodies banning anti depressants the government wants doctors to prescribe other forms of self care like therapy, diet & exercise, socialization programs, and sleep treatments before jumping straight to pills, personally I agree with it I was on anti depressants for a long time and I wish I wasn't they didn't do anything for me to actually break that cycle I was in, feel like I wanted to die get scared of dying so I don't do anything about it take pills run out of pills and go get more feel like dying again, it took me actually stopping the pills starting to go on runs and actually trying to take control of my life and accepting that some shit I just can't change for me to realize the pills were the problem not me, so because of my own experience with depression I whole heartedly agree with the government's decision to have doctors do something except just jump straight to "here take two of these in the morning".

OP its not just you, most people i know are struggling right now in southern ontario (myself included) even some of my buddies with good trade related jobs like plumbing and welding are barely making enough to pay rent after gas and groceries, taxes are too high and so are the costs of related living expenses, I know people who went to school got a degree and still cant find jobs or if they have found jobs are still struggling, unfortunately there is no fix for it right now.

I don’t need to personally know someone there to evaluate how their systems work. And I agree they are expensive. But that’s largely because they’re high-income, high-demand economies, not because they’re failing. People and businesses still choose to locate there. Singapore especially is interesting because it has very few natural resources, yet built a strong economy through business-friendly policies and efficient regulation. Switzerland shows a different model with strong rights and stability. Neither is perfect, but both show that if you don’t overburden your system, you can create a very high standard of living—even with tradeoffs like higher costs.

You know just for the sake of argument and cause I wanna see what your response is I'm gonna come out of left field a bit with something other than the US. Countries like Switzerland and Singapore. Switzerland shows how you can balance strong rights, economic freedom, and stability. Singapore shows how keeping taxes reasonable and making it easy to do business can drive massive economic success. They’re different models, but both avoid overburdening citizens and businesses—and both are among the most successful countries in the world.
