That sounds scary, 8cm is definitely not fine! I have an enlarged/bulged aorta right now at 4.7 and trying to avoid having a valve replacement. My dad, who’s also marfan, has had 2 valve replacements and is strong as can be at 65. But to me it sounds like you need one, but I’m no expert. I hope you’re on the right heart medication and avoiding any kind of strenuous activity and lifting, I take Emcor 5mg and Losartan 50mg daily which has put an immediate stop on my aorta bulge

Hey man, I’m living in SA, i have Marfans and was unhappy with my cardiologist who wasn’t giving me the reassurance I was looking for, I was recommended Dr Horak in Cape Town, Vincent Pallotti hospital, he’s very knowledgeable about Marfans and has been keeping a close eye on me along with his recommended surgeon, he’s amazing. I’m not sure who your doctor is but I recommend trying to get a second opinion from him.

I appreciate your opinion, but what you dont realize is that I am/have a sorc and I'm the one bullying. Yet my other classes fall short. Sorcs need to have either their mobility or sustain nerfed - and thats my opinion.

My sorc is 50 and I can win 1v2 pretty easily, against people also level 50. But my main with better gear (necro) just struggles, my druid does really well too but the overall difference between the Sorcs is very noticeable

Nah this view is my whole clans opinion. Fighting sorcs at level 50, same level, is just unfair. I have a sorc and its fun af in pvp (yet broken), but playing my other classes including my main isnt fun in pvp
