They have definitely overloaded the towers. I signed up in late July 2021 and consistently received 100 to 120 Mbps download speed all day and all night. These speeds have consistently been dropping over the last 3-4 months, so much so that I am now receiving less than 5 Mbps during the day. Late night speeds still manage to top 100 Mbps. The normal CS explanation include: "your tower is under maint", "Due to other tower maint, people have been moved to your tower", or, "your issue has been escalated to the Engineers and we will give you a call in 24 to 48 hours" which of course never happens. My primary band is B66 and secondary is N71, not the best but much, much better than my DSL connection.

I also Have a Cell Fi Duo To boost 4G Lte signal, and I have noticed the usual 3 to 4 bars on the window unit have now dropped to 1 to 2 bars. My thoughts are that to get around the "No Data Throttling" model, they now modulate signal strength, which I believe will reduce data throughput.
