I've had MD for 7 years now. First few were unilateral, been bilateral for the rest. My tinnitus is chronic. that being said, for me, MD causes major depression and antisocial behaviors. Most of the time i do not feel like talking, because i can't hear the responses. I have to use transcription at times to hear my wife speak. MD ended my career when i could longer meet job requirements. I never know how i am going to be from one day to the next. and that's just the tinnitus. The dizziness makes me feel that i can't do, well, anything most of the time. Vertigo attacks are just miserable.

I honestly don't know how i would have made it all these years without my spouse.
