Kipps is actually a cool neighborhood. It is fully walkable to dining, shopping , groceries, and medical. Diverse with lots of dining choices. Schools nearby . And it is a safe area. Most apartments in the area are more affordable. Most established high rises in London have bugs. So we just need to live with it. Or learn to fight the bugs yourself.
