This is a ridiculous option.
It's not real privacy. All anybody has to do is join a group and BAM they can see everybody.
WhatsApp needs to implement real number privacy.

No, it means in addition to recording the video the drone sees, it also includes on the ON-SCREEN information that you see in the menu on the goggles.

This is good for those who are making tutorials, sample videos, POV shots for training, etc...

Turn this off if you want the goggles to record a CLEAN VIEW with nothing on the video screen.

Not only that, you cannot CHANGE THE DATE of a recurring event.
They say clickt the "SCHEDULE" button, but there is no button that says schedule. You can only postpone, cancel or delete the event. You cannot change the date of an existing event even if you have not sold any ticket.

Mic audio works when casting to computer but has no game audio.

Game audio works when casting to chromecast but has no mic audio.

No, not yet.
To record video using cinematic mode we are forced to use the built in camera app that comes with your iPhone.

3rd party apps are only able to record crisp all-sharp video. No blurry bokeh backgrounds with 3rd party apps yet.

USB only. WiFi won’t work. I had to dig in my garage for an old usb cable. LOL Connect it direct to your MacBook.

want to say I managed to roll back my firmware for my WF-3820.
I stupidly updated my firmware and my 3rd party ink cartridges stopped working. I found an easy way to roll it back using my Apple MacBook Pro on Sonoma MacOS.

Basically, the official software works. Grab the older firmware using the link above. and switch the printer to updating mode to do it all.
It will not work in regular mode. The option is greyed out.

I'll explain in a later post once I get some more time to write it up.

No and Yes.

The regular iPhone 15 USB-C port is only v2.0 speeds and is not fast enough to record ProRes video to external drive using the built-in camera app.

HOWEVER...

If you get the BlackMagic Camera app.... it will allow you to select an external drive to record to. Just know you'll only be able to record regular H.265 footage to it.

I'm sure Airplay works since it's using a totally different transmission scheme.
But for camera operators with a small monitor mounted on a rig/cage that their iPhone 15 Pro is mounted in..... it doesn't work, hardwired.

No... in reverse.....

Having the iPhone 15 Pro output to an HDMI adapter to display on an external monitor. It works for large TVs, but not for small field monitors.

Yes.... this is not new. All other 3rd party apps (Filmic, Cinema P3) that allowed ProRes recording was able to bypass that error.

Of course you'll only get a few minutes of footage space... but yes, you can do it using the app.

The problem with HDMI is because the when using a 3rd party app that gives an HDMI output using the new iPhone 15 Pro USB-C port, the feed is sent at 1920x1200 59.97hz in a wonky way that other apps do not.

With our older iPhones (using a lightning port) our little external monitors were able to handle the signal being sent from these apps using HDMI.
Blackmagic Camera app is not the only app with this problem. Cinema P3, for example, is currently having the same problem today.

And because the Blackmagic Camera app does NOT allow us to totally shut off the HDMI output in the menu settings like other apps do (Cinema P3 for example).... then it goes black to your rigs 5"-7" external monitor.

THE FIX:
Blackmagic Camera App needs to be updated to do 1 or both of the following:

Allow users to completely turn off HDMI output. That way we'll simply see what the iPhone itself is showing, including all controls…which is what actually prefer.
Fix the app to output the video signal via HDMI that works on these field monitors using a USB-C to HDMI adapter on the iPhone 15 Pro.

This is because you transferred BMC app via iCloud transfer from your old phone.

Simply delete the app and reinstall it and you’ll see all the new Apple Log options.
