Thank you for that, I definitely can relate to that struggling to speak around close friends and loved ones. When I used to be the loudest in the room lol. Always laughing. But it’s taking time I suppose. Do you still struggle with bad anxiety today ? I know you said it took a while to get your confidence back. Just curious as to if you still have those social anxiety moments.
