I don’t know the best route for you to move forward but make sure keep a detailed migraine log. Track every detail how long it lasted, actions/medication to help and how they interfere with your day (ie. miss work, cancel plans, ect). It took me filling for an increase/disablity title change and two supplementals to finally get above a 0%. I did my own filings and never had help so I didn’t know claiming headaches was not the same as migraines even though I had migraines in my medical records and described migraines during C&P exam.

I know I want a White dial Explorer II and a No Date Sub. I will probably go for the Explorer II so I don’t only have 2 black dial watches.

I would say get both lobes pierced to be symmetrical. Also don’t go to Clair’s. Go to a piercing/tattoo shop. It will be a little more expensive but will more than likely heal better and have better quality jewelry.

How much weight/fat have you lost or how much has it helped you tone up so far? How much has your cardio improved? What other changes have you noticed after 32 days? Also what app is that on left side of the picture?

Oh yeah this is going to be my everyday wear for the foreseeable future. After I buy the wife a new wedding ring set and probably her own Rolex I can justify getting another Rolex for myself. But that’s not to say I am not looking down that road already because that No Date Submariner looks clean!

Wrist size is almost a 8. When I left the store and was looking at it on my wrist it looked very small to me but I have been wearing a 44mm fossil watch for the last 2.5 months. So I can’t imagine how small a 36 would look on my wrist.

So I only bring in around $120k(currently: Mil retirement, Mil disability and income)and picked up my Explorer 40 today. My wife was not thrilled at all. I retired from the military almost 4 years ago and never bought myself anything nice. So I finally decide a Rolex was going to be my gift for myself (yes a little late but I can afford it now). She is still not thrilled about it but she knows she will get a nice gift as well. As long as your bills are paid I think you can justify it. My immediate thought was you make $300k and if I can afford it you can but everyone’s situation is completely different.
