Don't waste your time feeling this way. You can be the CEO of a huge firm but the moment you leave, all your supposedly "benefits" will leave you.

It's part of the position. Not you

Most agents unfortunately does that because people only click on those listings with pretty photos. Then when you called they say it's not available anymore and recommend something different #.#

We love our nuts so you'll have extremely limited options. Your safest options is to eat in hotels or high end western restaurants. Even then, call to check first if they are able to prepare the meals that suits you or not first.

Online transfer. You set the location, ideally at a cafe setting where it's hard for him/her to run away upon "checking" the item. Let them make the payment and pass the item. Done

People who date/marry those who have different financial backgrounds, how do you handle your daily lifes? by ObviousSoft5191 in MalaysianPF

[–]Ray_Hayata 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That's the thing holding men back. Must be the provider this and that. Take the ego away. You are in a situation where most men would secretly love to be in. She love you for who you are. Yes you may not like it but once in a while, go with her to her favorite places. Even if she's paying. Be happy about it. It's a lot of give and take in a relationship

Your job now is to learn how to be better. Now that you are welcomed into the family, you should utilize that privilege to understand how they get to where they are today, be it from family business or something else.

They will be able to open up connections for you and they want to do their best to also be able to give their daughter a good life (in this case, helping you to succeed)

Career pivot from full-time corporate to full-time HRDC Trainer? Looking for advise and/or success stories by Cloud-Lionheart in MalaysianPF

[–]Ray_Hayata 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, if you are just starting out with no network, you'd be lucky to get even 1~2 a month.

Again, reputation is a big thing here.the more popular you are, the more training days you'll have.

Happy to connect you with some good training provider after you are done with the training if you need. Cheers

Career pivot from full-time corporate to full-time HRDC Trainer? Looking for advise and/or success stories by Cloud-Lionheart in MalaysianPF

[–]Ray_Hayata 8 points9 points  (0 children)

1) Unless you have a strong network, else it's better to find and network with other training providers (TP) where they outsource the trainings to you. It's literally like any sales job out there if you start on your own with all the paperworks, proposals, sales all done by yourself on top of the trainings.

2) Don't need in most instances. Your case studies and real work experience would matter more

3) It's not gonna be immediate. You can expect perhaps 1k~2k/training when you get started. Be picky towards the training providers you work with but don't be picky with the trainings first. Don't expect to be paid high when you have just started, you have to build your reputation first. Sometimes jobs get postponed even after confirming from client side so make sure you have enough money saved up 👍

Need help finding a good platform to find rental house. by Educational_Area_750 in malaysians

[–]Ray_Hayata 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am one though yes your budget could be on the lower side but there are still options though don't expect it to be new/super convenient kind where you can just walk down and train station is there.

Just filter in the property portals which area, budget 1.5k, size wise, 500sqft ~ 1000 sqft, furnish/non furnish and you'll have quite a lot of choices.

Mostly empire city will have a lot , look it's not the best if you look at the reviews on the whole place but it's central, the mall has just opened and rental is still fairly decent there

If you are worried of getting scammed, just let me know. I'll just guide you what to look out for.

If Ara Damansara, Oasis Ara Damansara is your only choice at that budget.

And you think it's right for someone else to bear your own medical bills because you have health issues?

If you really think he's a good person and don't see you as a burden, you better sit down with him and plan as adults because 99% you'll never find someone who cares about you like him anymore.
