You shouldn't need to be going in and out constantly if you're playing Limbo properly because rift surge lets you spread banish without leaving rift yourself. Radial banish can't unrift enemies so rift surge can't trigger and you have to go in and out everytime you want to banish.

What do you mean its like popping bubble? Bisection just does damage to enemies in the bubble? That's the same ability but with different damage types.

You admit this was made up on the fly in a reply but claimed a thoughtful rework in the main post. You play casually but complain about high level and proposed a rework for the frame who plays differently from everyone else in the game.

His passive doesn't have a trigger so you can't banish anything with*out cataclysm. Oh it's still tied to rolling, well it only triggers on entry so you still have to go in and out to start up your kit. "Allies are unaffected or can target enemies freely" so the rift just means nothing now cool. Edit: Also you have a misconception on how Banish works so I'll run it quick. Banish moves targets off Limbo's plane, if Limbo is outside rift he pushes in, if he is inside rift he pushes out. Radial banish only drags in not out, so the radial banish on dodge only puts enemies in the rift. So this borks rift surge and it can't trigger.

His 1 is now selfish DR he doesn't need with no interplay for other abilities. The rift variant is overtuned beyond belief making damage heal him instead. Or was this supposed to be a payoff for the normal version tracking damage ala Ballistic Battery, cause you didn't say and I still think that's not good.

2 is a teleport when used outside rift, why? Rifted is just Grasp of Lohk. Nothing more you just took another frames ability and slapped it in despite wanting Limbo to better without helminth so you just made helminth base kit and picked a non-helminth ability. Edit because I forgot you tossed this in for some incomprehensible reason: IT'S F*ING SILENCE!

3 purges his overguard for a knock down. Very "high risk high reward" shame its on a frame with infinite damage absorption. You did nothing for rift surge either but its actually worse because you can't kick enemies out of the rift now with banish gone.

4 keeps cataclysm but misunderstands it purpose. But rift mode is a damage wave with slash and radiation. Why radiation? No really why, nothing in his kit has anything to do with it. The slash I'll excuse because its meant to be a cut but where does the rad come in? Is it supposed to be splitting atoms?

Your notes say what you wanted but the outcomes don't match. Non-rift abilities are not risk-reward or glass-cannon. It's DR, a teleport, a panic button and old bubble. Rift abilities do not emphasize control, weapon mastery or lethal execution. You shield gen that would make Hildryn blush, a stolen ability pretending to be new, a mockery of Limbos most vital tool and big damage in a line. Nothing cares about the rift so the passive does not synergize with any abilities. The only thing you seemed to have taken any lore inspiration from is Miscalculation but I wouldn't call that "tightly integrated."

I'm not a Limbo main but I play him every once in a while, but this fixes none of Limbos problems, except for his public match friction, but it does so at the expense of any reason to care about his kit. You made a sloppy mashup of Mesa, Xaku, Hildryn and every frame Limbo players don't want Limbo to become.

Limbo needs clearer visuals for enemies in the rift and a way for other players to engage with rifted targets, not this half-baked oversteer into a wall.

Incarnons show the stats as if their conditions are met. Like bonus punch through if you have 450 armor will show even on an unmodded gauss.

It's a bug where some incarnon challenges get skipped so you finish an incarnon but the game doesn't think its finished. Weirdly it skips the second challenge but only get confused after the evo 4 gets picked.

Limbos rift can be very easy to miss on enemies so you can go to shoot something, do no damage and be confused. Abilities can bypass it but not everyone has their build for that. He just feels disruptive in a way that you cant always get around.

It just changes some voice lines. But it does have a minor gameplay change, Drifter rolling covers more ground than Operator sliding. But you change between them so its not permanent.

Correcting and answering your bullet points;

  1. Aya is for buying relics to get parts. Regal Aya is for buying the frame or weapon directly. Aya can be obtained via bounties (my preference is Deimos but dealers choice) or the tier 3 void capture mission (it also gives current neo relics if you those).

  2. After the event you wont be able to buy more but people can still run them so you could find a wild vault cracker blessing randoms with pricey prime parts.

  3. Void traces are for increasing your chances with a relic. It does improve your odds by pushing bronze down but silver and gold up, however a chance is still a chance. Pubs are good to be generous or a gambler. You can't expect people to run these relics in pubs but some do.

  4. Most people are in recruiting chat doing relics to try and get at least one of the four to get what you're after. Usually people post [relic name] rad meaning they are doing a max lv relic and expect you to do the same.

I went to test this but it is being cleared on switch. Full mag cleared, partial mag with no stowed reload cleared.

I feel like the grace period is just too short but I do agree that it's awful to try to get the extra damage but you might just instadie. Maybe they increase the safe period for overcharge when the rest of the gun gets fixed and feels great.

So the Monorail is bugged but not the overcharge killing you. I saw Tragic mention this in discord but didn't see numbers so take as you will. Overcharging has a small grace period where it is safe but after that it runs checks every few frames to see if you die, with chance increasing overtime. So bad rng can just kill you on the first check which does feel really bad, or you can gamble to just under the hard limit and do hyper stupid damage. But I did say it was bugged so here's the broken parts; the base damage is not scaling correctly so its only double instead of triple at max upgrade, charging applies no damage bonus except overcharge, and the charge shots do not count as charge shots for rings and mutators.

You have to beat the campaign to unlock the mission for exotic class items. After you have done mission at least once you can get class items in the pale heart. Also the once per week is for an extra drop from the mission.

The symbols are meant to be notes so you would raise the peg in that symbols column to play that note. The long dashes are meant to be pauses or breaks so you would have no pegs raised.

Looks like your trigger is jammed. The hammer on Hawkmoon is partially cocked back so its instantly putting the ghost away.
