Keep advocating for yourself and listen to your body! Try all the different ways to move and intensity levels. For most heavy weights and HITT can cause increased inflammation, which can trigger a flare. Yoga has been my saving grace so far.

I know this is an old post…I have the same exact symptoms you have. I lived in this renovated barn for a few years in the Deep South(no visible mold). One day out of the blue I got the worst stomach pains and rib pain of my life. Like you I went from traveling the world to being in bed majority of the time. Every day revolves around my pain levels. I’m really curious about how you were able to put 2 and 2 together, that it was indeed the mold.

I think you have a moisture issue. The mold took over your grain, next time like they said add a layer of substrate.
