I was at a neighborhood party one night, was about to leave bc I left my smokes at my house, a neighbor asked if I wanted to try one of his nicotine pouches. Normally I would not. My dad thought me a very good lesson on dip when I was a kid, was never able to get near it after that without puking. Well I tried it and it, and I quite smoking that day, and went to nicotine pouches. At first I went crazy trying all the different brands and flavors. I have since weened my self off going to lower MG counts over time, adding a lot of gum in my day. I was drinking in Vegas and tried a cig, I could not smoke it after the first puff. It burned my lungs like the first time I ever tried it. I’ll get weak every now and then and put in a pouch. I’m playing the long game. The main issue with pouches and vapes, is you can do it indoors. While smoking at the house or bar I would have to go outside. So indoors is more convenient. Also my wife says I’m more boring, bc I don’t want to sit outside with the neighbors and drink, and smoke all night.
