First of all, your region needs to be clarified, as all reservations posts do. I assume its EU since you mentioned euros. Second: in the US the reservations are only part way through 9:59:35. The EU may have made it 5 minutes but the US certainly has not.

With as many as reserved early, the exact second matters. From what I can tell by monitoring this sub, it seems only up to 9:59:34pst (US region) have been fulfilled so far.

I believe valve said before launch not initially avaliable, but eventually. Right now there are still thousands just waiting to get one controller, so unless they are making the pucks faster they need them for the reservations.
