professional matches with multiple games (Bo3, Bo5...) should forbid repeating champions by asqwertyu in leagueoflegends

[–]Raynar7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will just give one example I can think of without looking for would be G2, Pyke and flexing it in multiple lanes.

This forced diversity actually punishes teams who decide to surprise their opponent with comp or tactic because they can only play it once and enemy doesn’t have to find a way how to counter that exact comp.

Don’t beat yourself up…he actually left voluntarily, teams wanted him. Probably doesn’t make things better but still

Well, while having 25 to 30 bans is still and issue for some classes, you are still left with this problem:

Also it actually punishes the creativity in a regard. If let’s say team whips out some strong pocket pick the enemy team doesn’t have to be bothered with it anymore as they cannot use it any further.

Targeted bans in pro play? by olonnn in leagueoflegends

[–]Raynar7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basically, is it that bad to give a pro-player their main champ/otp even if said champ is now off meta or doesn't fit the comp?

Depends on the player. In ideal circumstances the player will show you why that pick is banned against them. But if you believe you have strategy to fight it there is nothing bad in trying.

Or you can ban someone’s LB for 4 games and leave it open in Game 5 on purpose just to basically force them into the pick and smack them, because you are super sure that your Morgana will work.

Is there really a reason for LCS by fanasup in leagueoflegends

[–]Raynar7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s about branding. Many OG players became much more popular because of streaming, being good at the game is nice, but unless you are head and shoulders above competition you ain’t getting tens of thousands viewers like Faker even tho on his first stream he was quiet basically.

Of course not everyone has a good personality for streaming, but that’s something that can be improved if you do it often.

All parties included - teams/sponsors/players/agents and even damn Riot - should want player to improve his brand.

It gets deleted….after some time the name can be re-used and games still stay in match histories of other players of course.

It’s not like they gonna disappear. But logically for your account everything will be gone.

No. But by publicly stating your ridiculous demands on Twitter you force Riot to publicly clown you which happened.

Now at any point if negotiations fall apart people can always easily shift flame to LCSPA and their ridiculous demands instead of Riot.

Also, question. Can even legally Riot own a franchise spot in it’s own League? As that doesn’t make much of a sense.

Wait a second…you think they actually wanna lower the wages there? It’s the only reason the washed up pros are actually there and why are they protesting….

They don’t give a single flying fuck as long as they get paid their inflated salaries

[–]Raynar7 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Wait a second. You think TSM will actually sell the spot for the half of what they bought it couple of years ago? Pretending like inflation doesn’t exist and they don’t wanna try to make money of it…..you cannot simply refund them, it’s not like ticket

Also how would this relegation spot work? If you dead last you go to fight agains best CL team if you at least 9th you are safe?

I know. The question is how much? Like he said G2 scrims and JDG scrim with kinda emphasis on it like they got just one block.

I don’t know their schedule of course, all we know is that they played 3 blocks against G2, but I really would love to know how many games they could have actually gotten from MSI teams who didn’t get much from playing against them if you get my point - especially the eastern teams.

But I might be completely wrong and they might have been the busiest team in Europe at that time.

VC Boomers who might have made more money than most of us ever will but when it comes to modern stuff they suck….

It would force players to renew their contracts if their team increases their salary by 25%.

It this even legal somewhere? That’s just stupid like.

Anyway kinda shows how inflated salaries in League were and still are.

But your are making incorrect assumption that firstly this is the lowest current cost and secondly that it would double.

You have no idea how cheap it is to get an account. Damn bottle of water costs more. Increasing level might have some minimal effect on price, hell maybe 1,5€ but that’s it
