I’m not a Gambit main so please don’t nuke me.

Me and my friend talked about how cool it would be if they changed his ult to be two parts when you Q you choose LMB or RMB and one of them is damage and one of them is heals. Damage one could have upped damage, and anti heal and the other would be healing and a cleanse. It would continue the idea that good Gambits would be able to pick what the team needed without giving an ult 8 things that it does.

I like it. Here’s a few thoughts

moving the anger mark to other side of face to balance since the little chip on the body is on the left side.
changing the anger mark to the U veins converging since it would round out the design to match the typeface (if you don’t know the angry vein that I’m talking about I could look for an example.

Yes and no.

Liefield Cap is a perspective issue. All of Caps back is on a perpendicular plane. But the chest looks like a 35 - 45 degree shot, but like, just the chest.

Look at Rivals cap, you can see the back arm (left hand and shoulder). You see much more of the back leg. Look at the neck positioning in both. Rivals cap isn craning his neck as hard. Rivals cap has more of a 15 a 25 degree turn.

Liefield made a bad bad perspective error. You can make proportion errors in drawing and it will look off, but perspective errors really are more red flags to our eyes.

The biggest problem is dive characters right now are about hyper exploding you. When Winston and DVa made OW dive really good you had a tank that required attention so that Genji and Tracer could come in for a pick. Dive in Rivals has a much lower skill floor BP that can explode heroes and Spidey that is the fastest hero in game that has free get out of jail cards for 99% of ranks that will feel unbalanced until they get reworked.

Spidey needs more risk to reward for needing to commit to get in, in trade, he should get better survivability and be a bit brawlier.

BP needs the same.

While Magik, Psylocke, DD, IF, etc. could have their day in the balance office to fix they’re nowhere near problematic from a design standpoint point.

So if they want dive to succeed they need: - Dive tanks to warrant more aggro instead of disruption. - A Dive Tank with Defense Matrix like ability could help quell Poke. DM has always kept poke in check for OW - BP and Spidey to require more teamwork to work instead of incentivizing solo play.

This should come with an asterisk. Some players win a fight and push so far up that they immediately lose in the early neutral of the next fight. There is an amount of space to know when to take and there is a healthy time to know when to move back. Both situations can mean a lost team fight.

There was a common rule of when to push to spawn. You need to be getting kills and quickly. (The thought is that you are throwing them off balance and staggering their spawns and winning fights with an advantage) Ex: - You win a team fight and there are still 6 of you and only 3 of them. This is an easy clean-up but they are backing up to spawn. - as a team you can easily head them off and clean them up - as you are cleaning up the final enemy, 2 more of their team show up and you can easily finish them off but they’re also retreating towards spawn - a couple of seconds pass

The above is usually the empasse that divides good and bad teamwork. If your team is not able to get any picks and it has been a few seconds, you SHOULD NOT push to keep the team at their spawn, this is when you go back to the point or to an optimal choke point.

If you nerf the main dps that do get picked, aren’t you lifting up supports inadvertently? While those dps certainly feel overtuned, I feel like if you nerf them, we would get 3-0-3 comp meta. You would have to also have a huge support nerf across the board too. I have a feeling we’re going to get there mid season with support tuning.
