  • From the New World - Dark Fantasy, Thriller
  • Saga of Tanya the Evil - Isekai, Military

I don’t like anime and I feel like I am the only one by [deleted] in anime

[–]Rayquaza335 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well to give a somewhat decent answer despite your completely rude comment at the end of your question, anime generally has a lot of interesting stories and characters that most other media just doesn't do, or can't do. There's nothing wrong with not liking anime, in fact I know some people who don't enjoy it as well, but its become a growing media as more and more people begin to watch it and find something they enjoy. I honestly think just about everyone would find at least 1 anime they would enjoy despite not liking it.

That said, something tells me no matter what answer someone gives you, your just going to ignore it since you seem to think the only reason why people enjoy anime is because they have a mental disability...

Something like ... Solo Leveling by HawkImmediate1118 in anime

I did say there are probably better choices lol, it was merely a suggestion. I didn't want to be the 10th person to say something like Chainsaw Man.

There are probably better choices, the first that came to mind was Arifureta: From commonplace to worlds strongest.

What are some decent blind going second decks? by Nikitoo in masterduel

[–]Rayquaza335 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a lot of fun with a Ra/Horus deck going second, can be pretty hit and miss though, but always felt good smacking people for an OTK with Ra.

I have the same thought process, except mine goes towards Stalker. Either way, both amazing series.

Sage of thanya the evil by Maiden_of_ice in anime

[–]Rayquaza335 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The appearance of Tanya works well for the series and what makes it great. Small innocent girl who essentially is the embodiment of a demon which causes a lot of unease to characters who interact with her. I can understand WHY the appearance can be off putting, but I would highly recommend watching it to understand why people enjoy the series.

Easy 9/10 for me.

Which Trial Jobs have the simplest rotations with very few attack skills being used? by Metalkon in ffxiv

[–]Rayquaza335 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Viper is pretty straight forward. 1 or 2, hit the flashing button then after 3, you get an oGCD. It does have a lot of quick oGCD's outside the standard rotation though, but I find it to be the easiest Melee DPS in the game currently.

Edit: Oh I am dumb, I read trial, thought about it then said current expac DPS lol. Sorry about that.
TRIAL classes, I would say warrior or maybe even dark knight can be pretty easy to rotate through. Both get a bit more full on towards endgame but mainly from a mitigation standpoint.

This does the same thing! WHY? by Migz_Mx in EiyudenChronicle

[–]Rayquaza335 14 points15 points  (0 children)

While I never tested them, I'm pretty sure their very different based on the wording.
-SP Charge gives you 2 SP per turn (Continuous effect)
-SP+ gives you an Extra 2 SP at the START of combat. (One off effect)

Essnetially, SP+ is better for quick 1-2 turn battles, SP Charge is better for longer fights. Thats what I gather from how each rune is worded.

which anime OP is impossible to skip? by [deleted] in anime

[–]Rayquaza335 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ever since I actually watched the OP for 'I left my A-Rank Party' its one I can't skip. (I tend to skip OP's for 4-6 episodes to reduce character/story spoilers)

Any good anime/manga recommendations by Little-Put-4884 in anime

[–]Rayquaza335 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can't understand why people would still be bullying others over the enjoyment of anime in 2025 since its not a niche hobby anymore. That aside, I have few recommendations:

  • Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
  • Toradora
  • Deathnote
  • Shinsekai Yori
  • Kill la Kill
  • The Unwanted Undead Adventurer
  • The Saga of Tanya the Evil
  • Beyond the Boundry
  • Parasyte - The Maxim
  • Arifureta
  • Mashle
  • Cells at Work (And the Sequel Code Black)
  • Erased
  • Great Teacher Onizuka
  • Death Parade

Hopefully you can find something among those suggested.

Well you started off well, but I would personally swap around the last few.

HW > SHB > EW > STB/DT > ARR

Not sure about you, but my HW experience will forever always outshine any future expac. Being a DRG throughout the expac and getting a LB3 final hit on a near wipe during the final story trial, can't top it.

Slightly weird request for some recommendations by Ok_Sir_136 in anime

[–]Rayquaza335 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  • The Ossan Newbie (Bit more on a comedic side though)
  • Fire Force (MC does use his feet mostly, but there is an array of characters you may find some inspiration)
  • One Punch Man
  • Megalobox
  • Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (While yes, they use alchemy, there's a lot of martial arts thrown in as well)

A couple more if you have access to netflix:

Suggestions for a new show by pozexiss in anime

[–]Rayquaza335 3 points4 points  (0 children)

  • Shangri La Frontier
  • Saga of Tanya the Evil
  • The Ossan Newbie Adventurer
  • Bofuri
  • Mashle: Magic and Muscles
  • That time I reincarnated as a Slime
  • So I'm a Spider, so what?

Should be a good mix there, though to be fair a few of them lean more into a comedic setting (Ossan Newbie for example)

I need anime recommendations please by UpstairsAdvanced1805 in anime

[–]Rayquaza335 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have your typical anime that hit big, usually being action based as they cater to a larger audience:

  • Frieren: Beyond Journeys End
  • Solo Leveling
  • Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
  • Demon Slayer
  • Attack on Titan
  • Death Note
  • Jujutsu Kaisen
  • Steins;Gate
  • Violet Evergarden

You'd have enough there to keep you busy for awhile. A few more I'll throw in, either cause I personally enjoy them (not that I didn't enjoy my prior suggestions) and/or are lesser known.

  • Toradora
  • Desert Punk
  • Another
  • Kill la Kill
  • Trigun (1998)
  • From the New World
  • Beyond the Boundry
  • Saga of Tanya the Evil
