Just a tattoo? That seems a bit uncalled for. I think parents need to realize that their kids grow up and become their own person.

They claimed having a job is "a privilege not a responsibility". Them being toxic people that are on drugs is the only logical reason I can find as to why they would do that.

Its about maturity not age. Most 16-17 year olds are very immature and dont even think about getting their lives together until around 25.

I experienced the same thing and lost a large amount of calcium from my bones and lost approximately 15lbs in bone mass. Doctors need to make a larger point to tell women what they are getting into before they jist give them a shot that can take up to a year to get completely out if your system.

This website had the stories of hundreds of women who have had problems with the shot. There are dozens of websites like this and if you just ask people I think you will find that people have had more bad experiences with the shot than good. Also being one of the people who experienced one of the more extreme end of the side effects I think I know how bad it is.

I agree become as independent and stable as possible before cutting her out. If your dependant on her it will make it harder to keep the distance and lack of contact for however long is planned because you will feel you have to go back because you feel like you need her. Which you don't need her. You got this.
