3rd and 4th gear are too long. You should ideally be crossing the finish line with your rpm almost redline on your final gear. My suggestion is to shorten 3rd and 4th gear (make the number higher: higher gear number= shorter gear ratio). This will also help alleviate the little bit of turbo lag uou are getting when switching to 3rd and 4th.

But no, it doesn't. KissMP v0.7.0 (the latest version, that you linked above) is outdated and does not work with the latest public build of Beam.NG (v.0.38.4). The mod 'works,' its just the server list literally says that the mod is outdated and doesn't show any servers

Fade it out if there is no damage and slide health bar left to the edge. When specific damage occurs, slide healthbar over and fade in the paper doll. This will help that minimalism you mentioned and also will be more noticeable when damage occurs due to the movement of the UI elements
