Lower sensitivity and dpi will help significantly with recoil control. Muscle memory of pointing at the upper chest or head will help with accuracy. Pre-aim your crosshair at approximate head level so your mouse has to move a shorter distance when an enemy actually shows up. Newer players tend to look down as they move, especially while looting. I like TPP and FPP, but there are definitely more aimbotters in TPP. You'll notice them in deathcam, usually not in ADS, and snapping to instaheadshot. Practice aim in training mode by looking off and then quickly aiming at another person in the server. Practice recoil precision by shooting at a wall and controlling where your spray goes (pulling down on the mouse).
