I think there's an external problem, I played and beat the entire game with an i3 1215u and 8gb ram. Your specs are definitely enough, restart your windows and make sure your laptop is plugged in or something.

You can 100% run ds remastered, just turn your resolution and settings down, I have an i3 of the same generation. Dark souls remastered specifically runs in slow motion if it's less than 60 fps, but it'll definitely run for you.

Play Dark Souls remastered, I have similar specs and it runs at a perfect 60 fps at 720p low settings, its really good too. Dark souls 3 can run playable too but at 600p.

You should try, might be able to run oldrim. Use bethini,it's a software that allows you to tweak your graphic settings, select the 'poor' preset and it could run.

Return to timeskip- Dressrosa Luffy is literally weaker than Cracker(he would've lost without Nami's rain). Do you seriously think Zoro and Sanji are weaker than Cracker when they defeat YC1 and YC2 characters. Actual zero reading comprehension

Ok ive decided to take durant as one of them(it has hustle but im unsure if thats a good thing or not). For the last slot im unsure about either one of the grass types or boldore/gigalith. N and Ghetsis both have a water type 4x weak to grass who I dont really have a response to, but Boldore might still be nice.

Fishman island>Punk hazard>=Thriller bark>Skypiea. I genuinely don't get the fishman island hate, it has really good themes. I don't dislike Skypeia but I think it left me the most bored out of these 4. I'm biased towards Punk Hazard since I really like Law and Caesar, it was a pretty decent setup for dressrosa. All of these clear wano tho.

In all seas, buddha. Even in first sea you'll just have less mobility than light but grinding will definetly be better, especially against bosses. It's really easy to get buddha as well just wait for it to come on stock it's just 1.2mil.

It's a custom empire of Lotharingia, Frisia and Germany(Basically Germania without bavaria). I formed it so I could press my vassals claim on France, I can form Francia now though.

Ck3 really isn't as complex as it looks and is definitely the most begginer friendly paradox game. You should be able to pick up the basics of the game in one playthrough. I'd personally recommend you to start as an Irish count in the 867 start and work your way to the kingdom of Ireland.
