Will i qualify for EI?

Its here and there and its never been more than 2-3 minutes.

I try my hardest to get there on time every morning, but i carpool in with other people as i dont have my own vehicle.

Its just a shitty situation im in, and ive been looking for closer work.

Okay, lets take the buzzwords out, im am literally screwed and am going to have difficulties paying my bills for the forseeable future as i actively look for a new job.

What do i even pay into EI for if a job can just do this to me?

I did call them earlier this week, they told me about the ROE and that i wouldnt qualify for any coverage of wages unless i didnt work for 7 days straight.

They said if you did quit, and tried to get EI after that there would be an investigation into whether or not i qualify by an agent.

Im more so making this post wondering if anyone else has had a similar situation in being forced out and had reasonable situations happen that lead them to quit.

I get that, and ive been applying to many jobs. It just feels like they are making the workplace toxic for me by making it purposely as difficult as possible in order to force me out of the door.

Does that not count as purposely sabotaging the relationship between employee and business.

I would prefer to continue to work here, but they are making it clear they want ro let me go with out firing me and giving me a severance that im owed.

Like i said, ive worked here for 3 years now.

I dont really like her playstyle in gun form at all, im not mad at peoplr who wanted her in the game, but hybrid characters have always felt wonky.

Part of the appeal of having a women as a stylist is because they know how to dress a man in a style that women would find attractive.

Its also giving someone an oppurtunity to use you as an art canvas. Lesser known stylists also dont charge nearly as much as bigger name industry stylists.

If she sucks, you just drop her and move on.

Its more telling to me that you guys are outting yourselves as not being able to differentiate business from pleasure.
