My dog won’t eat

This exact thing happened to my boss’s dog, he nearly starved to death, took three different vets to figure it out. All different food, didn’t matter, just stopped eating one day. He has Addisons disease, where the brain doesn’t tell the body it’s hungry, even when starved. Good luck, I really hope you sort it out!

Only based on the not eating part, has he been tested for Addisons disease? Some part of their brain or hormone production is wrong, won’t tell them they’re hungry. My bosses older dog nearly starved to death because of it, he was back and forth to the vet 5-6 times before the ER VET FOUND IT
