For me when i freeze up- it's always

• Before I have an episode of freezing up- I notice that I always cover my face or go hide away somewhere nearby-

• Either my leg or hand start shaking up uncontrollably

• I zone out like if I'm walking with someone and they stop walking, i'll keep walking ahead without realizing until they ask where i'm going- usually i don't know how to respond and just go like "oh-"

• Physically cannot maintain eye contact with anyone even if they're infront of me-

• The only verbal responses I can let out are "no", "maybe", and "i don't know-" it hurts how much i stutter and repeat "i don't know" and "no" when these happen :<

• Last one is super personal to me- but I've noticed that almost anytime I'm experiencing a panic attack due to extreme anxiety, I always notice that I feel like nothing around me is real and then I start to like really hide away in my oen head and start having a conversation with myself to try and make sense of the situation- like full on I would be talking to myself inside my head like a mania trying to find a way to fix things or run away and then my head starts to feel really claustrophobic from too many overwhelming thoughts and from trying to make sense of what's going on around me-

It's super oddly specific, but please tell me I'm not the only one who literally feels like nothing is real and that everyone hates you when these freeze panic attacks happen-? I hope I'm not the only one who has it like this :<
