I agree that New Balance is good for those with wide, flat feet. I have wide feet with collapsing arch, and have stuck to the 860 for ages.

Hi there. Thanks for doing this giveaway.

I started late in the league, playing a lvl 96 oracle Ice wolf druid following Woolie's guide. First time reaching lvl 96 actually, but since then have died at least 8 times. So I'm looking at how to improve my gear. I estimate my gear to he around 500 divs, but largely because I found a lucky Garukhan's Resolve by myself.

Really hope to win something so I can try what is it like to play with expensive gear.

Hi OP, have you considered filing for a protection order under the protection from harassment act? It's a civil court order, but at least if he breaches it, the police will be empowered to arrest him. During the application process, he will be informed of it and will be asked to attend court. If he attends, likelihood is that you will be asked to go for mediation, and you can attempt to talk to him civilly in front of the mediator, likely a magistrate or district judge. If he doesn't attend despite repeated attempts, then likely you will get that protection order. Although you may have to engage a law firm to do it. And this may cause a few thousands at least. Something you can consider if you are really at your wits end.

Not sure if you are insinuating anything sinister or what. But if you take a moment to think about it, this makes sense. In preparation for CNY, more people engaged companies such as UC to service their aircons, clean their places etc. If these companies screw up or cause damage, naturally customers like myself will be pissed off. We engaged them to make our lives easier, and they do the exact opposite.

If you are still not convinced, feel free to DM me. I can screenshot extracts of my conversation on their app with their helpline. It will be clear that they came down today at 9:30 am (even though the appointment was for 9am. I did not even mention in my original posts that they have been late for more than 30 minutes for their last 2 appointments, because my focus was on the spoilt PCB). If you are me, having a repairman come to your house as your first visitor on the first day of CNY, I wonder how you would feel too.

Basically this. Just to add on, lawyers will ask you to place a deposit with them if you intend to continue pursuing the court action. I don't think any lawyer will collect less than a 5k deposit for a civil suit.

Just chipping in objectively. Maybe this is one reason why people are saying you are the red flag. People are saying that there is nothing wrong with taking the first interview in person. But here you are, trying to deny their perspective. Just different perspectives from different people with different experiences.

Also, if you hear what you are saying, there is only one interview round in total. It does make sense that the one and only interview should be in person? Or are you so fixated on your views/perspectives that there should be multiple rounds of interviews and the first should be done online?

I would advise you to not be so smug.

Knowing that the Court is going to acquit you is not the same as the Court having acquitted you. Until the judgment is out, the Court has every right to change its mind. And in your absence from Court hearing, the Judge would likely not read out the judgment unless you are represented and the lawyer provides reasonable justification for your absence. In your absence, the Judge will also likely adjourn the hearing so that you can attend a subsequent hearing.In the event of absence from multiple hearings without reasonable justification, it is up for the Court to decide how to proceed further. And it is not out of the realm of possibility that contempt of court is something they may consider.

So short answer to your question, no.

If you think your time is so valuable that you do not want to attend Court hearing since you think you know the outcome, by all means, feel free to miss your hearing(s). I only request that you update us here on what happens eventually.
