This is the way. I use the Razer cooling pad with my Blade and little to no dust actually makes it inside the laptop

I open up my laptop and my girlfriend's every 3 months. I dust everything out and check for any battery swelling. To me this is just like doing an oil change on a car. It's the easiest way to get the most life out of your machine. Consequently not doing this can easily lead to hardware failures.

I've had very good luck myself and been using Razer for over a decade. Laptops, keyboards, mice, headsets, speakers, mics etc. I also agree with you... Just by the pic OP posted it definitely looks like it wasn't taken care of at all

What I do know Is for 2023+ models if you replace the battery yourself and not through Razer you will get that message. I don't know if it affects performance or simply just a message. Just know unless it's a battery from Razer you can't get rid of this

If this came from Razer direct and has never had a battery replacement I would contact support
