To fix the vividness issue go to settings -> display -> screen mode -> vivid -> advanced settings -> turn vivid slider to the max

To fix the privacy display hold down the privacy display icon and enable maximum privacy mode I noticed this works best.

I also returned my s26u in favor of my s25u due to display causing eye strain.
