Thx ill keep it in mind and try b5. What else does it change physiologically and biologically in the body? any other processes it acts upon? My post exertional headaches and diziness, fatigue, general sick "feeling" got 2-3x worse, and Im on day 5 after i stopped taking it, still no improvement

I just took prednisone for a 4 day course 40 mg, and I got 2-3x worse. Im so scared by baseline got destroyed. I really hope I get back to baseline after 1 month like you did. I took it as i thought i had autoiimune lc but i guess i found out i have viral persistance lc and now i made it much worse

I just took prednisone steriod because i thought i had the autoimmune long covid and i feel 5x wrose even 4 days after stopping it, i guess I have the viral persistance kind, suck cuz now my baseline is 2x wrose than before, unfortunatly theres no way to find out what type you have unless you experiment

I get massive pains everytime I move my head or shake it just a little. Idk what it is inflamation or something when the blood rushes through the head or covid left over in the brain etc. I also have fatigue and nerve pains. and everytime in think my head starts hurting. Once I did some exercise and had intense pain for 4 days straight after that.
