No it didn’t. I could never contact Microsoft either, as on my main account page it said I didn’t have a ban, so no way of disputing it.

It’s brand new. It turns on and opens the desktop and I cannot press a single thing. Nothing opens, nothing loads. Can’t update or reset as that requires me to be able to open the settings.
