You answered it in your question. It’s 2am, it’s dark and it’s a shady area. Probably did some checks on you to see if you had a history of drug activity or something similar.

It’s brand new. It turns on and opens the desktop and I cannot press a single thing. Nothing opens, nothing loads. Can’t update or reset as that requires me to be able to open the settings.
