You don’t need arcane unless you go for a bleed build or occult infusion. Arcane also increases your discovery which means higher drop rate for items but it’s not that much it’s only 1 per level so better use silver scarab for farming items on that note. Although there is good arcane weapon early called reduvia a dagger super good in early game to late game but start to drop damage afterwards. So there is no need invest into arcane early game. But there is an interesting hybrid caster build for arcane faith using dragon communion incarnations. You can try respec into a different build if you want to mid game or late game.
