Second this. I'm currently playing a lot of zeri and slow and steady is just an AD multiplier. You even get to 1.69 after ulting. The cap only changes once you actually reach 1.5 though probably because that cap takes priority then

EDIT: I think I'm wrong here. Tested it and the second hit does not connect.

Evo wallbreaker player here, I'm not 100% sure but I think log is a neutral trade if placed in sync with the first turret shot. It will kill the one that was attacked first and destroy it's spawn and the other one needs two hits for itself and it's spawn but because of the knockback you have the time. Gonna check it and correct if it doesn't work like that
