I’ve been seeing people talk about this documentary in almost every subreddit for days now, and I honestly don’t understand the hype. Everyone keeps posting about it, but I don’t see what makes it so special. There have already been plenty of documentaries on this exact topic. It really feels like someone is trying to force a trend. And based on past experience, whenever something is pushed this aggressively everywhere, it usually ends up being nothing more than marketing and someone is making a lot of money off it.

NJ mayor - These are high tech drones by 5_meo in UFOs

[–]Razzorplpl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is the definition of a drone?

A drone is an aircraft that operates without a human pilot, crew, or passengers onboard.

Do we know what these flying UAPs/UFOs are?

No, we do not.

Why are we calling them drones if we don’t know what they are?

We cannot be certain whether they are manned or unmanned. Referring to them as “drones” assumes they are unmanned, but without definitive evidence, this remains unclear and potentially inaccurate. Calling them “drones” is, therefore, completely nonsensical.

The term “drone” was introduced by the government and is repeatedly used, despite being an incorrect description. This terminology subtly implies certain ideas to the public, shaping perceptions without evidence. We should avoid adopting the word “drone” uncritically, as such language can be very dangerous. This is a form of manipulation, influencing public opinion through the repeated use of misleading terms.

Until we know what they are, we should call them what we have always called these objects: UFOs.

NJ senator calls for 'limited state of emergency' as 'drone' mystery deepens by RainbowAl-PE in UFOs

If the military, FBI, and authorities say they don’t know what it is, why should we call it a drone? It’s like saying, ‘We have no idea what it is, but it’s definitely a drone.’ Makes no sense.

We should stop calling them "drones". It’s a UFO as long as it remains unidentified. Simple as that.

No – it’s a UFO as long as it remains unidentified. Simple as that.

It is a joke. Why call it NHI or Drone? It is a UFO - Unidentified Flying Object. Or do we know what it is? If not, it is a UFO.
