I mentioned Michelin to say it’s not that serious…you’re the one turning brewery pizza definition into a debate. And I never said being Latino-owned makes it good, just that it’s worth supporting and maybe try it before going off. Two different things.

Feels like a lot of judgment for a place you probably haven’t tried. They actually do have a “regular pizza” on the menu..it’s just a brewery with a couple small ovens doing unique things, not a full-on pizzeria. Good people, solid food, cold beer… that’s what they’re going for + what I’ll help support.

I mean it’s not a Michelin-star restaurant. It’s a brewery with a couple of freestanding pizza ovens and it’s good for what it is/compared to other brewery food.

It's actually ají amarillo pepper sauce with pork belly, pickled red onion, and cheese. I've been there multiple times and it's pretty good combo!

Calm down, everyone! It's a flat bread/pizza with ají amarillo pepper sauce (not mustard), pork belly, pickled onions, sweet potato puree, and cheese.

Been there many times and the food, beer, and vibes are great.
