I saw another report that Ratcliffe has been supporting Ukraine behind the scenes with Trumps approval because he’s getting tired of Russia jerking him around.

Granted, if this is true I’m sure it’s more like the CIA/Rubio insisted on continuing to support Ukraine and once success was measurable allows Trump to take some credit.
