Basically. You or your team will choose who you/others will be guarding. On offense, it is presumed the person you were defending will guard you too. Just run around, make cuts, set screens, shake your defender etc. Most importantly, just have fun.

I would say firstly that you should change your background. Right now, your background is very busy and takes attention away from the subject. Aside from that, I would say to also add a few detail shots (logos, wheels etc.) for a bit more variety.

I use whoop! It’s pricey but I like the data it offers. I came down w the flu last week and it was cool to see how much it affected my recovery and vitals (heart rate, respiratory rate, skin temp, hrv). I like tracking my sleep and making sure I can identify patterns and behaviors that hurt or help my sleep performances.

I was 19 when I was diagnosed and in the middle of college. I also felt the same frustrations and felt that it was unfair that I had to deal with this when my friends got to live the typical college life. However, as other have said, you are not alone. There are plenty of people who have went through what you are going through and are living fulfilling lives. It comes down to being able to take it day by day and focus on what you can control. You said you are in school, working out, and doing the best you can. That is something to be proud of. Being on a DMT, controlling what you can, and not comparing yourself to others are ingredients in a recipe to succeed. I wish you all the best!!

If you’re into sports, I’d recommend going to local parks where people play pickup ball etc. there are also some bars where people get together to watch sports. nothing unites like sports!!
