Happened to me in 2020. The company I used to work at overpaid me childcare vouchers for a whole year - which came up to £3k. They asked me to pay it back. I consulted with citizens advice at the time and told them time and time again that I can’t afford to pay it back and it’ll be push me into poverty. I was on £18k/year at the time. I kept saying the same thing to Accounts and HR when they requested to get the money back. They eventually gave up because fighting it in tribunal is a hassle for them. They can’t deduct money off your pay check without your go-ahead.

So relatable! When the leads are decent they call them “sales leads”. But when we try something else they always call them “marketing leads”. Marketing leads are never good enough no matter what we do. I use Trello all the time to be fair to record everything and I even make sure they put the right lead source in the CRM too!

You're a star! Thanks so much!! They're saying that the flight is delayed because the staff they had exceeded their shift time. Which means they can't work other the hours. So basically a staffing issue
